I have to give props to Bryan Preston at PJ Media for being the first, as far as I know, to bring this point up:
This afternoon, President Obama was quick to tweet on news that longtime movie critic Robert Ebert had passed away at the age of 70.
“The movies won’t be the same without Roger.” —President Obama
— Barack Obama (@BarackObama) April 4, 2013
Preston reminds us of the tragic death of Navy SEAL sniper Chris Kyle, who was gunned down on February 2 while working with veterans suffering from PTSD.
Preston also points out:
President Obama has yet to acknowledge Kyle’s passing.
