P.C. Police Now State Phrase ‘Politically Correct’ is a Politically Incorrect ‘Microaggression’

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s “Just Words” campaign against “microaggressions” has just added the phase “politically correct” to the list of politically incorrect things to say.

No joke…

Along with terms such as lame, trash, thug and third world UWM has now denounced politically correct also well as its abbreviation P.C.

Why? Because UWM believes that the connotation associated with the term “P.C.” has become a new way to shame individuals by implying that they are “being too ‘sensitive’” or “police language.”

The university’s “Just Words” campaign is the work of UWM’s “Inclusive Excellence Center” and aims to “raise awareness of microaggressions and their impact”—microaggressions like “politically correct” or “PC.”

Merriam-Webster defines “politically correct” as “conforming to a belief that language and practices which could offend political sensibilities (as in matters of sex or race) should be eliminated.” The university, however, claims that calling something “politically correct” “has become a way to deflect, [and say] that people are being too ‘sensitive’ and police language.” “Politically correct,” moreover, is just one of a whole host of words and phrases the university has denounced as microaggressions.

In Newspeak, “politically correct” would be considered double-plus ungood

  • Cloward Piven

Fascists never think they’re the fascists.

How about some duct tape over their Nazi mouths.

Well bet stay well away from me, you will be called stupid and politically correct, when you say that to me.
Also A wetback will be called Criminal Alien.
If that bothers them, get the f out of my country.

They don’t believe in liberty and freedom and the 1st amendment

Basically being Politically Correct is lying. If you say what you feel, and it offends listeners, then you have to lie about your feelings, and so all people are just lying to each other. After walking away they tell others they are comfortable with and those who do not threaten them what they really feel and wanted to say so it is only then they become honest. In order to introduce honesty back into our society we , by all means, must do away with politically correct BS. To do that people who have their feelings hurt easily will have to wear ear plugs or just get used to hearing the truth.

      PC = Politically Corrupt

Those geniuses think they are smarter than everyone else and when they think someone is about to catch onto their idiocy, they go berserk. Any fool can get a college degree if they have Time and Money. Professors are those who can’t do so they teach. The axiom is when you get a Bachelor’s Degree, you know how to teach yourself. When you get a Master’s Degree, you know enough to teach others. When you have a Doctor’s Degree, you [supposedly] know enough to teach others to teach. However, don’t quote me. This is the theory and will remain no more than a theory until someone can identify it by seeing it in action.

“being too ‘sensitive’” or “police language” is EXACTLY what it means and it was devised BY THE LEFT to shame everyone that didn’t agree with them… and now it back fired so they have to change it like they always do. There is no aggression whatsoever in speaking out on the BS manipulation of words the left uses. It’s the opinion of many and the destruction to all – these freaking liberals really piss me off. Okay everyone, let’s start hitting them over the head with this new word until they STFU.

Our universities are a big joke!

  • profchuck

Our constitution protects your right to be a fool. However, it does not protect you from the consequences of being a fool. I am deeply offended by people that profess liberal ideology so who do I go to to make them stop?

  • Thoughtful Watcher

Microaggressions? What a bunch of pansies! I never thought I would live to see my country, that I love and served, would turn into a country of wimpy weak-willed idiots! What? That’s not “politically correct” to say? Kiss my heiny!

  • Patriot47

Just call it like it is “right speak”.

  • MissFit

I think use of the word microaggression is a microaggression.
