Sales of Ivanka Trump’s clothing line were supposed to slump according to the desires of the American left. The brand has been slammed by boycotts and countless controversies, all fueled by a hatred of anyone in any way connected to Donald Trump.
Efforts all designed to cause economic harm to the brand. The boycotts were supposed to send a message. Get in line or else.
But as it turns out, the more the left does on this front, the more successful the Trump brand becomes.

“Since the beginning of February, they were some of the best performing weeks in the history of the brand,” Abigail Klem, the president of the Ivanka Trump fashion brand, tells Refinery29 in an interview published Tuesday. “For several different retailers Ivanka Trump was a top performer online, and in some of the categories it was the [brand’s] best performance ever.”
This reminds me of the efforts of Obama and his anti-2nd amendment ilk. They spent 8 years doing everything within their power to push through gun control, an effort they believed would cut down gun ownership in America.
An effort that produced some of the most successful gun sales records the nation has ever seen.
E-commerce aggregator Lyst says that from January to February, Ivanka’s clothing line sales increased 346 percent.
If you’re in the marketing and/or sales department at Ivanka’s company, you’ve got to be quietly thanking the American left. The movement to damage the brand has seemingly become one of its greatest sales tools.
